As announced on March 05, 2008 by the Associated Press, Ask.com is scaling back in their makeover efforts to outshine the Internet search leader, Google Inc., and will be leaving the search engine market.
Their new focus will target a market consisting of married women looking for help managing their lives.
I saw Ask.com’s results jump itself as the Internet’s fifth largest search engine in the US.
