How To Add More Goals in Google Analytics. Google Analytics allows you to add a total of 20 goals (4 sets of 5 goals). If you have already created your first goal in Google Analytics when you selected “Goals” on the left navigation menu, if you try adding another goal through that path, you wont be given an option to create goals there.


To add more goals to your website profile in Google Analytics:

  1. Click the “Analytics Settings” link to the left of the drop down menu where you select your website profile.
  2. In your website profiles list, find the website profile you want to add more goals to and click the “Edit” link on the right-most column.
  3. Below the website profile information, you will now find the options to add new goals to your website.
