TED 5000 Now In Stock!

It has been a long wait for the TED 5000 Home Energy Monitor, but at last, they are finally now in stock. I first blogged about the TED 5000 2 weeks ago when I first discovered that Google created the Google PowerMeter app for it and it caught my attention and as far as home energy monitors is concerned, is probably one of the most discussed home energy monitors in the market; not just simply because it hasn’t been available, but because Google made their PowerMeter App for it and 3M recently acquired interest in Energy Inc., the manufacturers of the TED 5000, TED 1000 (The Energy Detective).

Well, I just found out from PowerMeterStore.com, distributors for the TED 5000, that the TED 5000 models are finally on crates heading over from China and will be shipping first week of March 2010. The TED 5000 were originally scheduled to ship a couple of weeks ago but was delayed due to Chinese New Year celebrations in China.
